103GBF Hometown Hero Phil Stephens

It's time to honor another 103GBF Hometown Hero in Phil Stephens.  Phil was nominated by his pal Will Flamion who had this to say about Phil.

"Phil served  4 yrs in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the guard for almost 16. Grew up in Newburgh and Evansville. Lives in Reed, KY now. Phil continues to serve as a volunteer fireman. He is my best friend and I have known him since second grade."
